Jovan Apartments are 200m from the sea (3 minutes walk). Opposite the building is a health center and city market, on the way to the beach there is a bakery and supermarket Voli.

One floor of the house (the highest one) was built in 2018 (Apartments A, B, C and D) new furniture with comfortable dormeo sleeping mattresses. Apartments have a sea view, equipped kitchens with all the necessary dishes for all-year stay, LED-TV with cable TV and over 200 channels, wi-fi internet 40mb / s with maximum coverage of the signal (each floor has its own router), also LAN connection next to the bed.
